How does satellite measuring work?
Gavin plots the turf from high-resolution imagery, subtracts the house, patio, and beds, and measures the driveway. That produces an itemized rate within 24 hours without an appointment at the house.
What snow depth starts a plow visit?
Standard residential contracts trigger between 1.5 and 2 inches. In a major lake-effect event, the route keeps looping through the day and night so the driveway does not trap you before the commute.
How are gates and pets handled?
Every fenced yard is latched on the way in and on the way out. When the mow is done, the closed latch is photographed.
How does billing work?
Lawn maintenance is billed monthly by secure invoice: card, ACH, or online check. Snow accounts can be equal payments from November through April, or one seasonal payment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Green Acres carries a $1,000,000 commercial liability and property damage policy. A certificate of insurance can be emailed on request.
